We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Return or exchange request will only be allowed within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Return or Exchange request can be placed from the ‘Return or Exchange’ option at the footer of the website or through this link directly. www.springfling.in/return
In case of a return, the settled amount will be refunded to the spring fling wallet linked to customers registered mail or phone number. The customer can use wallet balance to make future purchases from springfling.in
In case of exchange, if you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you’re exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will refund you with the difference to the spring fling wallet linked to customers registered mail or phone number.
Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will schedule a pickup for the order within 1-3 business days of placing the request with no additional costs.
Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 days we will issue the refund to spring fling wallet or dispatch the exchanged product if all conditions are met.
If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives or issue a refund for the same to your spring fling wallet.
This process usually takes 10-15 business days.
Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
We do not accept return or exchange for international orders.
All Items are eligible for return and exchange except following :
* Mystery Products
* Gift Cards
* Customised Products
In order for the product to be eligible for return or exchange make sure that these following conditions are met:
* Product must be returned in its original packaging
* Product wasn’t used or damaged
* Product must include original tags
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
* The item may be damaged during transit
* Or there might be a manufacturing defect
* Or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In such cases as given above, we will replace the item, provided that the request for replacement/ return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as mentioned above.
If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us on the below mentioned address by any reliable courier service within 5 days of raising a return request. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.

We request you to share the courier details with us at springfling.work@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8146193056. Any product self-shipped after 5 days of raising a return request will not be considered. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
The brand Spring Fling holds the right to add or alter and make amendments to current return/refund and exchange policy without providing any prior information to the user of website.
We accept returns for items that have not been worn, washed, or are in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery. To make a return, please follow these steps:
Refunds
- To request a return authorization number (RMA), please contact our customer service team at info@springfling.com.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, along with the RMA number provided.
- Return the item(s) to us using a trackable shipping method. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- When we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return requirements.
- We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the returns instructions above and place a new order on our website for the desired item(s).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide photos of the damage or defect. We will respond quickly to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective when received.
